RadCookies

It must be said that I make the best cookies in the world! RadCookies if you will. Here’s the recipe, though they won’t come out like I make them because I do a little something, something to them… and no the secret ingredient is not love. Regardless, they’ll still come out pretty damn good.

RadCookies Recipe

2 1/4 c All-purpose flour
1 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 c Melted butter
3/4 c Sugar
3/4 c Brown sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
2 Eggs
1 c Semi-sweet chocolate morsels

Combine flour, baking soda and salt, and set aside. In another bowl, beat butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla until creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in morsels. Drop by spoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet 2-3″ apart. Bake at 375 for 6-8 minutes, until golden.
